Generelt
§1
De etiske regler er bindende for alle medlemmer af NGH Danmark
§1.2
Medlemmerne skal arbejde for at fremme klientens ønske om personlig og psykisk udvikling og sundhed.
Forhold til klienten
§2
Medlemmerne har tavshedspligt overfor de informationer, der fremkommer før, under og efter hypnosen, med mindre der foreligger samtykke fra klienten.
§2.1
Optagelser af fotos, video eller bånd i forbindelse med hypnosen skal meddeles klienten og må ikke videregives uden samtykke.
§2.2
I forbindelse med scene- eller anden hypnose med tilskuere, må hypnotisøren ikke udstille klienten eller klienterne på en krænkende eller respektløs måde.
§2.3
Medlemmet må ikke udnytte sin stilling som hypnotisør / hypnoterapeut til skade for klienten.
§2.4
Klienten må ikke udsættes fysiske eller verbale sexuelle krænkelser.
§2.5
Medlemmerne er forpligtede til at føre optegnelser over klienten, og klienten har til enhver tid ret til at blive gjort bekendt med indholdet af disse journaloplysninger.
Forhold til kollegaerne
§3
Medlemmerne skal behandle kollegaer med respekt.
§3.1
Forventer en hypnotisør/hypnoterapeut, at der vil blive rejst sag imod ham/hende, er pågældende forpligtiget til øjeblikkelig at rette henvendelse til Etisk Råd.
Annoncering
§4
Medlemmer skal annoncere på en etisk ansvarlig måde og i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning for behandlere jfr. Lægeloven.
Sanktionsmuligheder
§5
Etisk Råd kan irettesætte og give påbud hvis et medlem overtræder de etiske regler. Såfremt påbud eller irettesættelser ikke overholdes, kan Etisk Råd fratage pågældende medlemskabet af NGH.
Ethical Code for Members of ICN
i) The goal of the coach/therapists will always be to forward the personal and psychological
development and health for the client. This comes before any personal interests the
coach/therapist might have.
ii) The coach/therapist has confidientiality in all that he or she learns of their clients during the
sessions. Personal information about the client will only be given to a third party with the
consent of the client. The only exception from this will be if keeping quiet jeopardizes the
safety of the client, the coach/therapist or other people.
iii) All written material, that the coach/therapist may keep about the client to help him in his work
must a) be kept in a locked place to avoid misuse by a third party, and b) be shown to the client
on the request of the client
iv) If the coach/therapist wishes to record a session on tape or videotape to use for his own
feedback or for a session with his supervisor, this should be done openly and with the full
consent of the client. The supervisor or other third party must see a written consent from the
client, before the tape is shown.
v) The coach/therapist will not have a sexual relationship with the client as long as there is a
client-therapist relationship.
vi) The coach/therapist should refer the client to another colleague, if he finds he is not able to
finish the treatment for lack of competence in this special case, or for personal reasons.
vii) The coach/therapist will continue his/ her own personal development by participating in
courses or peer groups, seeing a coach or therapist regularly and receive supervision on his
client work.
